EcoVadis Rating validates Cadence’s commitment to operational excellence.
Westlake Village, CA – August 12, 2024
Cadence Communications & Research announced today that it has achieved a Platinum Medal from EcoVadis, the world’s most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings. Cadence scored 80/100, placing the company in the 99th percentile globally.
EcoVadis is the global standard for business sustainability ratings. The EcoVadis assessment evaluates 21 sustainability criteria across four core themes: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. More than 125,000 companies globally have been rated by EcoVadis.
“As a small company we are really proud of this accomplishment. It demonstrates how our company values translate into global citizenship,” says Laura Smith, Co-founder and Managing Principal. “Our highest rating is in ethics which we believe translates into superior service for our clients.”
Smith went on to say, “When you have a small company it’s hard to make a big impact on the environment. We emphasize doing the right thing for our staff and for our clients. By refining our processes and measuring our progress, we were able to move from a bronze medal to platinum medal in this new assessment.”
